 Uses of Kodiak® and Polar®
– Strong Northern Kraft Paper

Kodiak® (unbleached) and Polar® (bleached) are premium northern kraft sheets that are perfectly matched for efficient bag construction. For example: there’s no need to increase basis weights when using bleached kraft anymore – Polar® has the same high performance high strength as Kodiak®, so outer plies with even LESS basis weight of bleached paper are possible.

Any 80g (50lb) bleached multiwall outer plies can be switched to 70g (43lb) Polar® Kraft for immediate savings.
